EXPERIENTIAL PSYCHODRAMATIC GROUP OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
The psychodrama group aims to explore the "self" and relationships through representations, interactions and art. Relationships of trust develop between the director-therapist and the team members. In such a group one learns how to better relate to oneself and others, how not to create, how not to combine. He also discovers that he is not alone in this world and that the more he opens up, the more everything around him becomes tamed. He is reunited with the forces of life and transformed into the creator that he is "anyway". He learns to paint himself exactly as he envisions himself. Through this process, he can experience the "uniqueness" of his existence and offer his fellow humans the fragrances of his soul.
INDIVIDUAL PSYCHODRAMATIC ENCOUNTERS
In the individual meetings we listen and understand together, we are co-creating a common language. Our goal is the development of self-image, the knowledge of new elements about ourselves. During the meeting we use various objects, dolls, masks, puppets, little people (playmobils), psychodramatic techniques of representation as we relate equally. We create a safe space of expression where the map of our psychic world unfolds with imagination and art. We discuss the interpretations we give in relation to the events of our lives, our personal vulnerabilities, we share experiences and perspectives, we philosophize and wonder, we communicate existentially, and we submit our thoughts within a framework of truth, love and acceptance. We learn to play, we learn to co-exist, we learn to be authentic, we learn to forgive, we learn to look, we learn to contain, we learn, we learn, we learn,,,,!
TRANSGENERATIONAL THERAPY
Transgenerational therapy is based on research and knowledge of the heritage we have received from our ancestors. Their stories, their way of life, their movements, their separations, their pains and joys pass, without our awareness, in our own lives. This happens in a way that often does not appear immediately but is always revealed through our choices, our illnesses, our fears and our successes in our life path. By working with the geno-sociogram on the principles of the psychologist-psychodramatist Anne Ancelin Shutzenberger, we can discover our family history and its secrets. Through these "secrets" we are given the opportunity to learn a lot about ourselves and decide which legacy we want to keep and evolve to further develop while respecting both our ancestors and ourselves.
HYPNOTHERAPY - HYPNODRAMA
Hypnodrama is the synthesis of two wonderful techniques of hypnosis and psychodrama. It uses the principles of Morenic psychodrama and hypnosis according to Mesmer. It is an active treatment that helps us bring to the surface repressed material and recognize ourselves through a deep experience. The relaxation offered by hypnosis is used to soften the resistances within the group and help ease into the psychodramatic roles. We work by going back in time to be able to experience forgotten experiences that scarred us. By combining individual or group hypnosis with psychodramatic techniques we can work in depth easily breaking through our defenses as we get in touch with repressed emotions which finally find their way out on the psychodramatic stage.

EXPRESSIVE ART THERAPY
Expressive art therapy is a non directive intervention that inspires creative expression for helping people cope with difficult issues and promote healing in many levels. Human beings have used expressive arts as healing modalities since ancient times (Malchiodi, 2020). The clients are asked to use many forms of creative arts to express themselves such as imagination, active participation, storytelling, drawing, moving, singing, sculpting etc. Following the principles of our teacher Avi Goren Bar we use a creative axis and a diagnostic thinking based on many therapeutic approaches such as Jungian, Object relations, Gestalt, Art therapy etc.
CREATIVE SUPERVISION
Creative supervision aims to highlight artistic expression during the supervisory process. Art is incorporated into the experiential supervision session allowing the supervisee to get in touch with their feelings in a very direct way and unconscious material can easily emerge which is projected in the works created during the session. Also with the help of the materials used in the process, individuals can gain a more complete picture of the dynamics developing in their psyche. Many times they represent the work that is happening, i.e. they transfer it from the paper to the space and discovering through role playing many hidden truths about the issue that concerns them.

IMPROVISATIONAL THEATER GROUP
Using the healing properties of theater, we create images, stories, music, through our lives, through our experiences. A kind of improvised drama where our goals are self-awareness as well as the creation of a performance at the end of the year. We do not have a given text but a text that arises from the process of our meetings, which is created in our rehearsal and is directly related to our inner questions and naturally arises from the experiences we have in our daily lives. It's fantastic to be able to see your own story on stage, poetically given a story of your own.
THEATRICAL TEACHING - JACQUES LECOQ ACTING TECNHIQUES
By attending the theatrical courses one can get to know in depth their body, their voice and potential as stage tools. The courses deal with the architecture of the body and the movement that it produces, with mimodynamics, with various theatrical styles, with roles and transformations. They delve into acting and pioneering improvisation techniques. They concern those who want to deepen their theatrical knowledge, graduates of drama schools or those who are looking for a "multivitamin" of inspiration and experience without necessarily having previously related to theater.
PREPARATION FOR ADMISSION TO DRAMA SCHOOLS
The courses are individual and aim to prepare candidates for the entrance examinations of the Ministry of Culture and the School of the National Theater, the National Theater of Northern Greece and the private drama schools. The necessary fields for preparation are:
