On the journey of life, looking backwards, I see that love was guiding my choices! I am in the ancient theater of Dion, the sun disappears, in this mystical sunset at the foot of Olympus, and the performance begins. In such a ritual I fell in love with theater! Years later I find myself in a big library. I have time and let my gaze wander through the pages and titles. I stop on the letter P, I choose a book and read its title. Reading it, I fell in love with Psychodrama!

It is true that great loves transform us. So twice I saw myself transforming from a small frog into a Princess. As a matter of fact, the second time, I became a queen. Theater gave me the colors, the materials, the inspiration, it helped me develop my expression, it taught me how to play, it showed me the way for the journeys of the soul and the greatness and the necessity of creation. Through Psychodrama I discovered experientially, many tools to see and love myself, to gain knowledge on how to help other humans, I discovered another way to see the world around me, I felt empathy, learned charity, how to open up, to claim, to share and I experienced what healing is all about.

This is how my mission was revealed to me; to help others discover themselves and their uniqueness, to free themselves from the shackles of illusion and find the way to their souls.

As I walk in wonder at the miracle called "Life," I continue to observe and learn with longing, new things about me and the world that surrounds me. My name is Anastasia. From the Greek verb “Anistemi” which means, to resurrect, to rise again, to stand. There is a Greek proverb saying, " Seven times if you fall down, eight times do rise up". So I do, through Theater Therapy, I become my name! Up I rise!

Creating and discovering, I align with my Self and realize my vision. To help people experience their own resurrection, against the darkness of death and to be transformed into what they really are!
